I understand that the company as whole does not care about the lost revenue from people who will not trust them again. This is not under their control and they are doing their best to help all those stranded during this debacle. I will never blame customer service reps or gate agents.
I was able to re-book in another city an hour away and at this point have very little confidence that this flight won't get canceled as well. I drove 5 hours to the opposite side of the state to try and fly out of a different region. They will not pay for a hotel, they will not work with me in anyway other than to wave a $49 fee for my re-book which was just canceled again. They say weather is the issue, none of the other airlines are being affected in anywhere near the same manor as SWA. It's clear they don't care about their customers, my flights home have been canceled 3 times in the last 48 hours. This is the first time I have seen them lie and decieve thousands so as to not hurt their bottom line. I have been flying SWA for years now, A-list member for the last 5 years.
